Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

Impress your friends with this super simple recipe.  Instead of the traditional deep-frying, which is messy, I like to grill the chicken wings. They are crispy and delicious.

I like to grill a lot of wings and use different sauces:

Ingredients:

Grilled chicken wings

2.5-3 pounds whole chicken wings (Gerber brand chicken , if you can get it!)

1/4 cup olive oil or enough to coat wings

1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Buffalo Sauce

1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl add wings. Then coat in olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. Grill on low setting for 25-30 minutes, turning once. Cook until skin has rendered fat and is crispy.

  3. Whisk melted butter and Frank’s Red Hot sauce together. Toss with grilled chicken wings.

  4. Serve immediately with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
